We use an order form for obtaining information necessary for processing our customers orders. Contact information from the order
form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customers contact information is also used to
get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
We never rent, give or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to a third party. The only exception is in
the event of a situation where we may be required by law to cooperate by providing information about a customer.

Even if you are a current customer of ours if you have not ordered before in our online catalog, you must enter all of your
shipping and payment information and choose a password and ID. The online catalog data base is different from our data base here at the shop where we process your orders.
At this time, the credit card information entered into the online catalog will not be saved. You will need to
enter the card information each time you order.
Do not try to log in if this is your first online order with our company. When
you check out, you will be able to type in your Customer Number (if you have one) and register your information or shop as a guest. If you
register as a guest, your information will not be saved. You will have to re-enter your information each time you shop and a record of your orders will NOT be saved.
After you use this online catalog for the first time as a registerd user, returning customers will be able to log in with their user name and password and find their saved information as well as past online orders and items placed into their shopping carts.
If you change your e-mail address, you must log in with your old information and then you can update your file with the new information.
Use the keyword search box, in the middle of the right column, to find a specific item. Type the name of a pattern or book or use the search box to find patterns written by a particular author by typing the author's last name.
To see a picture or pictures, read more about a product, or to purchse the product, please click on the name of the item or the thumbnail picture.
When you locate an item you wish to purchase:
Enter a quantity in the white box and click the blue "ADD TO CART" button to the right of the item.
Your purchase will be entered into your cart and you will be able to view this imediately.
A small screen will pop up to tell you the item has been added to your cart. You will remain on the same product screen that you were on when you clicked the "ADD TO CART" button (with the quantity box
back to "1"). Look at the top of the left column for the Items in your "Cart:" & "Current Subtotal:" information on the upper left hand corner of your screen. To actually view your cart items or change quanties or delete an item, you must click on the "View Cart" button. Every time you click on the "ADD TO CART" button, that item will be added to your cart.
Remember that if you are ordering pre-woven cane, the quantity in the Items in your Cart: will be the number of inches that you
placed in your Quantity Box. So ordering 14" of pre-woven cane will show as a Quantity of 14 items.
If you would like to change the quantity or delete an item, please click on the "View Cart" button in the left column.
The catalog will not allow you to order items marked as Out of Stock. They will not be back ordered due to
unreliability of supplier's delivery times.
When you are finished shopping, complete your order by
clicking the Proceed to Checkout button in the upper left column.
Fill in all required areas. The system will not accept dashes (-) in credit card number or slash
(/) in expiration date. You will NOT be able to check out if you include these symbols.
Penny differences may occur as a result of rounding.
Please supply your post office box number (the billing address of the credit card supplied) if applicable as well as your street address.
Please make a note of your password for future orders.
If you do not receive an automated e-mail confirmation within a few minutes, the e-mail address used
on your order was either invalid or incomplete. Please check the information
that you entered to see if the e-mail address was typed correctly. If your e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will NOT receive a
confirmation e-mail
with your total charge and
shipping information. You can log in and select "Order Tracking" to view your information.
If you have forgetten your password, go to the log-in and click on the "Forgot your Password" link. Your password will be e-mailed
to you
immediately if your email address matches what has already been submitted. We can not see you password so we can not tell you what it is.
If you have changed your e-mail address, you must log in using the old address and then change your information.
Credit card orders, which are declined, will be held, retried each day and shipped upon
approval. After 3 days, we will contact you via e-mail for an alternate payment method.
To pay by check or money order: complete your order and select this
option on the check out and mail us your payment along with a print out of the order. Remember to include the appropriate
Shipping Charges or your order will be delayed until this is
received.
To estimate UPS delivery time and cost, go to the
UPS web site and enter
Kempton PA 19529 as origin at top of form, your city, state and zip as destination. You can put in a total numbers of pounds for a shipping estimate (one coil of reed = one pound). Then click "calculate" to see when to expect your package to arrive.
We generally ship UPS Ground unless other service is requested (we can not ship FedEx).
Due to the fact that we charge you "Actual Cost" of shipping only, you will not be able to
"calculate shipping" in our online catalog. Your shipping charges are determined by the final weight of your package and your location. We do not add any extra fees, you are charged only what actual fees UPS or USPS charges us.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or your customer number and invoice number from the upper right corner.
Cut pieces of prewoven cane and Shaker tape, opened coils of reed, opened kits and other opened packages are NOT returnable (except in the
case of our error).
Magazines are NOT returnable.
Books and patterns MAY be returned within 15 days, in new condition, with the original receipt for a credit on file toward future
purchase.
All other returns must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please include a note advising us of the action to be taken (i.e., refund or new items to be shipped in place of the return).
All damage claims should be reported to your local UPS first - save the damaged items, box and packing materials for thier inspection.
Do not return hoops or handles that have been broken in shipment, please notify us first and we will take care of it. A credit will be issued or replacement product shipped.
Shipping fees will be refunded on our errors only.
Prices Subject to Change Without Notice Please Note: Due to rising inflation, manufacturing and shipping costs around the world, the cost of materials and products is rising, often with no warning. We never increase our prices unless our supplier increases their product pricing. Some price increases we can absorb, some we can not.

Some general Information about ordering & shipping:
All online catalog orders will be sent an e-mail confirmation message.
If you placed an order and you do not hear from us within 24 working hours (please
allow extra time for weekends), please double-check that you have our address correct, that your mailbox is not full, that you typed your e-mail address correctly and send us your order again.
For UPS ground delivery shipments, please allow 26 business days.
For faster service Three Day Select, Two Day Air and Next
Day Air deliveries are available at an additional charge (determined by UPS). Be sure to tell us by what day you need your order delivered We will determin how many days your normal shipping time is. You may not need to use an Air delivery but if you do not tell us when you need it, we will ship it as you request and the shipping fees may be very expensive.
Please be sure to include your post office box number if you have one. We will
ship the least expensive wayUPS or Priority Mail. Please let us know if you do not want your
package shipped by one carrier or the other.
Free print catalog upon request. Please e-mail us at weaving@countryseat.com with your name and postal address. Catalog #31 is the current
print catalog and will be sent with your first order. Please keep the Country Seat Courier newsletters as they contain new products and any changes to the print catalog. New products are added to the on-line catalog as they arrive. If you have placed an order and do not already have them, catalog #31 and newsletters will be sent with the order to keep you up to date.
